Taking the first step

I have known for a long time that I have problems with binge eating and thought that I had managed to deal with them before christmas. However, since christmas and arriving back to uni in January it has been a constant struggle, which I have been losing to not binge. So here I am, trying out a new method, maybe if I have a place to come and write in order to dsitract myself when the urge hits I’ll be able to ride the urge better! It can also give me a place to write down and see my improvements.
